Founders Message

Learn To Care Prep, LLC is the product of two nurses, Lashonda Scott, RN and Traneka Caple, RN, BSN who recognized the critical needs of Certified Nursing Assistants in hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, home health agencies and assisted living facilities. With over 25 years of combined nursing experience, their love and passion for the healthcare profession and their community have led to the birth of Learn To Care Prep LLC, to help meet the staffing needs of local facilities and improve patient care and outcomes.

About LTC

Learn To Care Prep is based in Lake/Sumter County and is led by dedicated registered nurses with over 15 years of experience in delivering high-quality care in long-term care and acute settings. Our aim is to inspire individuals to have faith in themselves. Our vision is for students to recognize their significance as healthcare professionals. Lastly, our objective is to educate the community and neighboring areas to become skilled healthcare providers.
